Can I return my personalised poster?
Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless the product is faulty or damaged.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us at info@personalisepro.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Do you issue refunds?
Refunds are only offered if the product is faulty or damaged and cannot be replaced.
Can I change my personalisation details after ordering?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, email us right away at info@personalisepro.co.uk. Once production has started, changes aren’t guaranteed

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United Kingdom only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1–2 working days. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, while Next Day Delivery is available if ordered before 1 PM.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class. For faster shipping, Next Day Delivery is available for just £2.00.

Customers are responsible for double-checking spelling, dates, and other details. We cannot issue refunds for errors entered at checkout.
Can I use your designs for my own business or personal projects?
No. All poster designs, text, and images are the intellectual property of Personalise Pro.
What if my order arrives damaged?
